In today’s climate, Direct Selling presents a real opportunity for anyone to start a business of their own and take control of their future. Referring and selling products and services directly to the consumer means that direct sellers can run their business at a time and place that they choose, with skill and effort tailored to each individual.

Direct Selling Association (DSA)

The DSA is recognised worldwide as the trade association for the direct selling channel of distribution and as such is trusted by consumers and distributors to protect them from rogue companies operating unfairly within the industry.

Although we are not yet members of the DSA, Team Titanium has been designed and structured in a way to abide by the DSA code of practice and business conduct:

1. DSA Consumer Code of Practice

This code provides consumers with a level of protection that exceeds their legal rights and has been approved by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT). The DSA Code demands fair selling methods and the provision of an Independent Code Administrator whose judgements are binding on all members.

2. DSA Code of Business Conduct

This code covers the fair and honest promotion of independent business opportunities in Direct Selling. The code provides protection of investments in business opportunities that exceed those demanded by law. The code is administered by the DSA’s Independent Code Administrator.
